Okay...
Apparently, applications for absentee ballots in Maryland must include a voter's date of birth, but the Maryland Republican Party failed to ask for that information on the applications it sent out.
If this is the law, how is it that holding the law to the letter must now be regarded as vote-tampering? The Dems read the fine print, the Reps did not. I thought this was one of the reasons so many politicians are lawyers...
