Activist courts
We have gotten used to liberal state courts altering law to prevent
"disenfranchisement" of voters. I don't know how the MD supreme court is comprised but it would be interesting to see how they would respond.
If the GOP happens to recapture the senate there will be no end to the challenges and wailing from the Dems.
It appears that, at best, the Dems will fall far short of their goals. I hope that, at a minimum, T. McAuliffe will lose his job.
