I really wish he would focus on getting the judges through the Senate before he goes and stirs up the pro-abortion crowd; but with that said, partial birth abortion is a sure loser for the pro-abortion crowd...Even though they believe that its a camel's-nose-under-the-tent issue.
If I were Lott, I would save the Partial Birth Abortion issue for an election year and take care of "less divisive" issues like judge appointments in the 1st year of the new congress.
But nobody listens to me either.
