<Address, for example, the planted Mohammed Atta passport which supposedly survived exploding plane, and burning, collapsing towers only to be found days later, only slightly singed, on the streets of Manhatten.
The streets of New York were filled with unburnt paper that had been blown out of the buildings by the explosions. It is not at all unusual for light items to be blown free of major explosions without harm, and I'm trying to figure out where you got the idea that this is somehow "mysterious."
Nor do you address the amazing fact that the headquarters of the world's most powerful military did not defend itself against a plane whose whereabouts and course were being announced on local TV!
Considering most of the military leaders who would have to be in on this conspiracy were sitting in the Pentagon at the time, deliberately allowing someone to fly an airliner into their own offices should seem a little odd, even to you.
One other example I dealt with a while back was the amazing "prediction" letter of Delmart Vreeland. According to the conspiracy fans, he nailed the WTC attack on the head. A quick look at the actual letter shows no such thing, including many obvious targets besides the WTC, and mentioning nothing specific at all.
If people want to believe that the President of the United States would obliterate two skyscrapers and kill thousands of Americans just to get oil, fine. I can't even wrap my brain around the kind of mindset that would prefer this conclusion to any other--that cannot conceive of evil anywhere except in their own nation. It may have something to do with the same psychology that makes people constantly cut themselves with razors.
It would be as big a waste of my time to try and convince them otherwise as it would be to convince the guy with the shopping cart full of cardboard on Main Street that he is not being followed by invisible llamas. Note that I have done no particular work on this post, but recycled old information I already had.
As long as these people work out their ravaged brains on the Internet, and don't suddenly decide that they are on a Mission From God (who lives in the flower vase by the window) to take Bush and his evil cronies out with a rifle, I guess it's harmless.
Have fun.
