Ok. You can catch you're breath again!
But You're an idiot if you listen to Limbaugh is Dashele's real message here.
Did any of you get the message?
Its important because:
You're an idiot if you listen to Limbaugh.
You’re an idiot if you watch Fox News.
You’re an idiot if you read the American Spectator.
You're an idiot if you voted for or supported George Bush.
You're an idiot if you like Condoleesa Rice or Clarance Thomas.
You’re an idiot if you vote for any of those right wing extremists who call themselves Republicans.
You see the attack here isn't really on Limbaugh: It’s an assault on his audience.
If the Dems can somehow kill the Limbaugh audience by marginalizing them (Make them embarrassed to admit that they listen to Limbaugh), then the Dems think they can stop the voting public's noticeable move to the right. Ditto (if I may) to the supporters of all those others: They two must be marginalized.
This is because the Dems are realizing, much to their dismay that Limbaugh's audience is largely made up of voters who identify themselves as "Moderate voters". The Dems want desperately to drive a wedge between Limbaugh/Republicans and the "Moderate voters". Because the kiss of death is when a "Moderate voter" realizes that Limbaugh/Bush/Thomas is really a Moderate just like them! (No matter how much Rush claims that there are no Moderates He himself has become one!)
Limbaugh hasn't changed...The Moderate Center has changed: It moved toward the right.
What the Democrats don't realize is that the move to the right by the "Moderate voter" is based on more on economics than on Limbaugh's daily agenda. The only way for the Democrats to stop the move to the right by the "Moderates" is to kill the economy and enslave the voters with handouts from Washington.
Limbaugh deserves some of the credit for the shift to the right: He goes out of his way to avoid appearing as a right wing extremist, and Limbaugh has helped to educate many moderate voters along the way. But the real problem for the Democrats is that President Bush's much-attacked agenda of "Compassionate Conservatism" is wooing the Moderate voters. The voters are also putting their newfound knowledge of macroeconomics to work in the voting booth.
That's right: Bush has moved the country to the right! And the country has found that it likes it. If the Democrats don't put a stop to this then the unthinkable might happen: Being a right-winger might be considered "Cool".
The next thing you know, a well known comedian and/or Monday night football announcer might go on Letterman or Jay Leno and announce that Bush and the Republicans have "...Got it going on!!!"
The Democrats are desperate to buck this trend, so now they must begin the process of divide and conquer - Before it’s too late.
