Conservatives are the first, and last, to point out he's black. They're the ones in the middle, too. Seems to be what matters to 'em, more than anything.
Color is irrelevant to some people, a BIG, BIG deal to some others. Maybe because they aren't around much beyond white, middle-class folks.
