Where is the hospital(s)?

Even a wing of a hospital?

A mosque Bin Ladin built?

Oh, I guess he did build a few terrorism schools.

bin Ladin is teaching the basics: reading (the Koran), Writing (a good Anti-Isreal Slogan), Knifing a Jewish schoolgirl, Bombing (an American embasy), and running (from the Delta Force)

(that Hitler was just an ok guy too...Just misunderstood...A little before his time...Why did so many love him so...he had the German street behind him...Appease him...We must know him to understand him...When your child comes home from the neighbors house wearing a Nazi Armband you should discuss with your child the Schools, hospitals, and Autobans so that you child will know the true reasons why Adolf (like Bin Ladin) was so loved by so many!)
