<One thing is absolutely, completely clear. It ain't working. The Palestinian tactics aren't "working", and the Israeli tactics ain't working.

You know what? If the Palestinians stopped, the Israelis would. Every major Israeli military move has been a response to some Palestinian attack on civilians. It might be worth thinking about why people who are supposedly supporters of a Palestinian state and the Palestinian people deliberately engage in actions specifically designed to enrage Israel beyond reason. Does this make sense? Politically? At all? Do they think that all of a sudden Israel will say, "well, I guess that's one too many civilians bombed. I suppose we'll just leave the Mideast now."

Or maybe the Palestinians are being used as cannon fodder for a bigger picture. Who stands to gain if Israel suddenly loses it and starts a full-scale war with the Palestinians?
