Or hold meetings at the UN about these regimes and find a place to start to change the minds of these leaders. Karmically, we probably DO have a responsibility to liberate countries, but only under UN mandate and unified support.

If we are to police the world with democracy in our hearts (and hey, not just in our pocketbooks...LOL), then these issues need to be addressed as a "world security"/"human rights"
violation. For clearly, North Korea is NOT terrorism, per se, but a problem for the international community.
(Or just a problem for the North Koreans.....:~)
