<My exposure is limited, but I don't know of a single combat vet from either the Korean Police Action, or the Viet Nam war that wants to send young Americans into the horror that is war.
I haven't talk to the few Desert Storm people I know about this, but knowing them I can guess at their position.
I know I haven't been asked, and it makes me wonder where the pollsters got their sampling?
You know of no veterans who think that there are sometimes good reasons for young men going to war?
Where the heck did you get YOUR sampling?
