Sharpton is an infamous whackjob racist pandering publicity-hound wannabe-politician demogogue. That's no secret to anybody. So if the Democratic Party spits him out like spoiled meat, wouldn't that actually be a sign of integrity?

The Republican Party defended its integrity by slapping down Trent Lott, and the action was widely interpreted as anti-racist (or at least intended to appear that way...same result, in the end). As near as I can follow what you're trying to say, that would make Republicans...what? White supremacists? Seems upside down to me.
