In the animal kingdom, many animals devise ways to keep their nests safe or have others kill their predators.
Intelligence agencies and their agents are full of tricks.
It's just the games they play because they CAN.
They have access to their governments monies, or they carry out illegal acts to enrich their own pockets or create a subcultural flow of cash to exact their ideals.
What is so new about this?
And why are YOU making fun of the information instead of commenting on the weight of it?
I am beginning to see that certain people here have a knee-jerk re-action to truths that don't match up to their ideal of the world.
