The article seems to forget a huge difference: clinton did not bother to get congressional approval for his bombing campaign.
Bush has.
The Serbs were never associated with WMDs nor were they involved for years with shooting at Americans and threatening our country.
But it still an interesting article, since the implicaation is that Pres. Bush can expect the dems, once the bombing starts, to fall in line and suport the nation, as the Republicans did for clinton.
