<Just a reminder, Serb forces were on a murderous rampage in Kosova. In their effort to rid the country of its indigenous Albanian population, Serbs committed horrific acts of violence. They murdered children, raped women, burned villiages, killed ten thousand civilians and forced a million others from their homes. The war in Kosova was the central part of Milosevic’s final solution to the Albanian question. Whatever history will say about the post-war situation in Kosova, the fact is that the United States led the military effort that put an end to the Serb campaign of murder, rape, and brutality against the people of Kosova. We completely succeeded in stopping the genocide without the loss of a single American life. This is something every American should be proud of, but your hatred of Clinton is more important to you than the nobility of the policy he led.
Assuming that this scenario is indeed a valid cause for a massive military strike on a nation that has done absolutely nothing to a single American, you count Clinton as noble for having done this.
At the same time, you and others think it's totally wrong for Bush to do the same with Saddam, who, not counting war losses, has murdered over 200,000 of his own citizens*, sometimes using weapons of mass destruction. Exactly how many Kurds does he have to kill for it to count as genocide?
Good God, do you guys even listen to yourselves?
Apparently the hatred of Bush is more important than his policies.
*Twenty times more than the murdered Serbs by your count. And how many died in the NATO bombings? Oh, yeah. They weren't Americans.
