Amnesty International on Iraqi Torture

For the love of humanity...wake up to the horrors often as bad or worse than any conceived of by Hitler.

1991 Gulf War, Aftermath
After the 1991 Gulf War, in March the Kurds in the north and Shia Arabs in the south rose up against the central government.
After signing the cease-fire agreement, the Iraqi military was allowed to operate helicopters that were instrumental in crushing the uprising.
More than one million Iraqi citizens became refugees as they fled to the mountains on the borders with Turkey and Iran.

Saddam didn't wait an instant to return to his killing ways.

1991 Humanitarian Intervention

Using UN Security Council Resolution 688, but not specifically authorizing action, in April 1991 military forces from eleven countries implemented Operation Provide Comfort to provide security and humanitarian assistance to Iraqi Kurdistan refugees in camps along the Iraq-Turkey border. Dozens of international humanitarian organizations joined the effort to help refugees return to their homes by providing transportation, food, medical services, and safe water.
Since 1991, with the support of the United Nations, United States Government (USAID), and the European Union (ECHO), more than 2,000 villages have been reconstructed and more than 55,000 families have been able to reactivate their original communities.

Saddam is a monster who in his own words says he tortures prisoners:

Note this was written up by the BBC in 2001 when they were more honest and not trying to sugarcoat and kiss Saddam's a-- yet

If after reading all these stories the lights don't come on upstairs...well then I guess Hitler was okay too. He is the father of the Volkswagen, and an artist afterall and, hey, he never pre-emptively attacked the US.
