Poor Past Practices

Saddam is a monster made in part by the US. This is in particular what makes it our responsibility to deal with. I despise the number of dictators we supported in the past in the name of the cold war. It left a legacy of distrust so evident in the world today. However, that does mean it's too late to correct our mistake.
