Bullshit
The absolute proven actions of Saddam show he has no regard for human life. There is no reason to give him benefit of the doubt about killing his own people in instances where proof is not absolute, but merely preponderance of evidence. A willingness to indite others with out any motive is absolutely silly and indicates an overwhelming desire to believe what you want to believe rather than any reasonable interpretation of the evidence.
