Putting out fires
The Kuwait oil fires were out out in short order (as far as that kind of thing goes) by a Canadian company generally acknowledged to be the best in the world. This time around, they weren't even considered, contracts going to Boots & Coots, a US company in financial difficulty . Payback for Canada's stance? At what cost in the long run?
