Fox TV Indicates French, Russia, & Possibly Germany Facing Finacial Losses From New Iraq

Mentioned that with a regime change from a dictatorship, Iraqis are free according to some international law or standard to reneg on contracts and write off debts established with other countries during the previous regime. I thought it was just about loosing future business, not about getting stuck big time. Very interesting.
