A lot of people saying that. Based on Raoul's comments this should be a small sum compared to the US war expenditures. Curious if France is willing to spend any of its money to right past wrongs (support of a tyrant same as US).

I can't say the US has paid the debt for helping Saddam rise to power but its a good down payment.
