Forget the sanctions...What did the UN do with the $8 billion it already collected??

The UN is currently collecting $180,000,000/year to manage iraq's oil for food program...So where is the program? Does it really exist? where is the $8.2 Billion.

Or has the UN lost the money to corruption?

I wouldn't be suprised. Would you?
