I would hate to think that we wouldn't at least try to make it better than the current broken form.

I wouldn't even advocate exiling countries like France, Russia, China, or even Lybia from the new organization. Just not giving them quite so much power.

What are your thoughts on the formation of a new U.N. who's Security Council would include countries like Australia, Canada, Japan, or India? Also, what do you think about some sort of screening process, to keep countries like Lybia, Iran, or the "old" Iraq from charing such Human Rights Commissions?
