This is ABSURD! This is about communities (what you have is a quote of a quote taken out of context), not about race. Your source is on crack, my dear tech-1.

does not contain the quote you extracted. In fact looks rather suspect and 'conspiritorial' to me. Crud for a source does not make it fact.
