I believe that you will find, if you read into the matter, that the anti-Kurd camps have little to do with al-Qaeda. In fact, some "anti kurd" terrorist camps are, um, well- run by the Kurds... Rather the Ethnic Kurds who are non-sufi and violently ant-sufi. I think the 'terrorist' group is called the PKK, if memory serves.

Then you'll find Secular Kurd anti-Turk 'terrorists' (or freedom fighters, depending on who you ask), stocked with Kurds who may-or-may-not be sufis but who really hate the turks.

Then you'll find these lovely Iranian funded and Syrian funded Kurd-killers, who operate mainly in the open boarders (yep, because them thar terrifyin' Iraqi American-threatening world-dominators couldn't even muster the force to patrol their own borders). These guys are the real internationalists on the sceen.

I am not surprised if an Al-qaeda mug shows up in that area, itching to kill some Kurds, as EVERYONE in the area seems to want to kill a kurd for Mohammad. That does not make an international al-Quaeda conspiracy between Iraq and the US.

Saddam was willing to pay anyone to kill Kurds- even other Kurds.

You need evidence, Tom. Real evidence- not just of a meeting, or that so-and-so who has al-qaeda links showed up in the country on a Kurd killing permit, because half the hard-core assholes in the mideast were off doing that task- including our Turkish allies.

So I ask you, what is your evidence? You and yours make this claim, but have no hard proof. What you do proffer up is on the level of ET and Satanic Ritual Abuse: namely

Again, the kind of stuff you have been floating doesn't even rise to the level of indictment and probably would be thrown out at a trial. If that is the evidentiary bar required to send one man to jail, isn't it at least what we should apply before we kill several thousand?
