The point is (here is the cliff notes version) The presence of al-quaeda linked folks in Iraq, even granting your thin excuse for evidence, does not show a link and does not show complicity in sept-11 or any other terrorist event.

So you have hearsay and little else to suggest presence of Al-Quaeda in Iraq, we have some vague rumors and no evidence that Saddam wanted to get a piece of al-queda action, and we have NO evidence suggesting complicity.

Look, I know on a personal level at least a dozen bona-fide hard-core sonsabitches in this world, I mean real rats. I loathe them all, but if I were to start positing that, because they are rats, they must be conspiring, then wouldn't that be paranoid, maybe even a little nuts?
