ABM had clause allowing a party to end agreement, the party had to give 6 month notice. Bush did this; ABM is now void.
Kyoto wasn't ratified by the US. Senate voted it down something like 99 (out of 100) votes against. Clinton didn't want to submit it because he knew it wouldn't pass [Bush knew it wouldn't pass and therefore submitted:]. Why the French want rag on Bush over this is beyond me:).
And what free trade treaty are you referring to?
