I personally have about 7-1/2 weeks vacation per year, not quite 2 months. I work 35 hours per week, but in a "9 day fortnight" arrangement whereby I work 8 hour days and get every other Friday off. We get 11 statutory holiday days per year, too. My job never goes home with me, and my commute is an arduous 15 minutes along a winding, picturesque country road with almost no traffic, because we chose to live a little out of town. We have a nice home, and a lakefront summer cabin on a big, clean lake.

I'm happy enough.
