Ex-astro Phil Chapman on NASA

Phil used to post on the MSNBC board. Love to have him back here. In this essay he describes the early NASA, what went wrong and offers solutions to geting real people into LEO and beyond.

Read it and think about what he says. It's tough medicine and probably politically infeasable but in your hearts you KNOW that NASA's really never going anywhere again. Never. Ever. Admit it.
Now, what to DO about it?
