What I really really think, Frank, is that it's not a particularly good editorial cartoon... and that all cartoonists have bad days. If I did that for a living, I might want to use a slightly different symbol - for instance, the Israeli national flag - to clarify who that was supposed to be. The Bush charicature is all but unrecognizable, and I had to assume that was supposed to be Arafat in the background.
Ain't gonna win no Pulitzer, that's for sure. And not worth raising a fuss, either.
