I pulled all the memory, swapped it with known good stuff.

The only card is a PCI Modem. Pulled that too.

My problem is getting into the system! if I can get in, I can fix it. But without being able to even access MS-DOS, I'm screwed six ways of last week.
I've never seen this type of problem before, in the past I could always figure out a way to boot into safe mode, or DOS
But it won't do it, just keeps rebooting , every damned time!. Holding down the F8 keys doesnt work, tried everything in the BIOS. Even called it names, such as Son of a Radio Shack 800, that didn't work either

I'd love to upgrade to XP Pro, but 250 Bucks? Ouch, ain't got de pesos yet.
