Is he suggesting it is mobile hydrolysis?
What a silly thing.
Is he suggesting it is a mobile facility for striping H2 out of Natural Gas? That makes little sense.
Is he suggesting it is a large storage system for carrying compressed H2 to fill balloons?
It looks nothing like what industry would use.
And the conamination/safety problems present from the use of clorox or bleach around something that would later be filled with H2 is incredible.
You could end up with H2Cl, very corrosive and poisonous, not to mention hydrochloric acid if water moisture was in the system as well.
This is going to sink pretty quickly back in to the ocean of false claims against Bush&Blair, I think.
IOW, it is just more cheap filler for the pro-Saddam people still hiding from the central facts of this war.

The more I think about 'mobile H2 production', the more I think the claim of this 'expert' is full of hot air.
The whole thread (10 posts)
- Iraqi mobile labs nothing to do with germ warfare, report finds
- It's also been discovered that the 8000 Kurds who died in Halabja all committed suicide - they just pretended to be gassed! (n/t)
- Thinking on the chemistry of bleach and hydrogen makes me doubt this report very much
- Wouldn't surprise me.
- This smells like horse manure.
