Hi Barry,

What year did that report come out?

This is typical of your thinking isn't it?

In 1973 the Viking Landers were just being assembled. The whole idea of back contamination by Mars meteorite was not possible till we knew the atmospheric contents of Mars...

We know a meteorite is from Mars by the trapped atmospheric contents of meteorite.

What mission gave us that information, Barry?

I know you're clueless so I will help you. Viking, which hadn't flown yet...

By the way, many scientists back then didn't believe a bacteria could survive the heat of entry into an atmosphere...Geez...
