I think we are all aware that your views on Israel and Palestine are more reasonable and grounded in reality than the typical Leftist views are. The Leftists in this country, those of the ANSWER persuasion, are totally pro-Palestinian, and anti-Israel. There is not a demostration or rally on any subject organized by these people which does not have dozens of pro-Palestinian groups connected to it.
As for the U.N. example, and others I have given, you have asked me to show you evidence that someone other than myself believed there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq in recent times. The fact that you postulate that every single one of them must be either mistaken, lying, or hallucinating, does not change the fact that many people were convinced of it.
There is no other conceivable way of interpreting 1441 other than that those who passed the resolution--in November of 2002--thought Iraq was in violation of its WMD and terror agreements.
If you think the nations of the Security Council, Blix, and everyone else lied in their teeth about believing in Iraq's duplicity, and cooked up 1441 just to keep the U.S. happy, please take whatever comfort you can out of that ludicrous idea. Oddly, they didn't seem nearly as anxious to please later on.
If you want to gyrate even further along your unique line of thinking, and tell me that just because they thought there were weapons in 2002, that this doesn't prove that anybody thought so in 1998 (except Clinton and pretty much every Democrat in Washington), feel free. It's starting to get funny now.
I don't think anyone else is having trouble following my reasoning.
Dang...I thought we were done with this subject. But heck, this is fun!
