re: Okay . . .

Your empty bullshit couldn't back a lobotomized pre-schooler into a corner.

I tend to disagree.

Wow! Why am I so very not surprised! ;-)

Likely because you have no idea how to corner a pre-schooler.

However, the US troop poisitons Saudi Arabia stuff, that *IS* BS- unless you care to provide a source?

The Saudi border (the south side, btw) was salted with chemical compounds prior to U.S. occupation during Desert Shield (I have seen the documentation on this, not via web-search, but rather in an autodin data-trap while serving at Coltano ASC in Italy in the late 80s/early 90s). Our troops continue suffering today (drop in on a local VA clinic some time and check the roster).

A quick google (a difficult task for some, I see), however, provides:

"As many as 100,000 U.S. troops were exposed to repeated low-levels of chemical warfare agents, including sarin, cyclosarin, and mustard gases"
The National Gulf War Resource Center, Inc.

There's more out there. All you need to do is hunt for it.

I see, we went to way and killed 10-15,000 people because they were bad book-keepers! I'm sure that will console the orphaned. Good thinking, Dan! :-)

Consolation was never my purpose. If, however, consolation is what you're after, I'm sure there's a consoling BBS out there somewhere just crying for you.

Dealing with the facts just fine,
Dan
