As that's physically impossible, how could they?
Given that Mars' atmosphere is closer to a vacuum than to the atmopshere or the Earth, something approaching an Apollo lunar suit would have to be used by any men there.
Next, given that that Apollo moon suit was made as light as possible, at Mars' gravity , double that of the Moon, it would simply be too heavy to wear.
I woudl tell you to get real, but clearly that's futile, as you have no idea what reality is. It is like Barry said, this is not science, it's grown ups playing Mars, running around in canvas suits with dust bin helmets - and it's a fraud to claim otherwise.
