Look we both know you didn't bother to do any research after I suggested looking up Webb and the SAS. You don't know what you are talking about when it comes to Spacesuits of anykind!
Physics does in fact allow Mechanical Counter Pressure to work. Human skin would work if it was all as thick as the heal of your foot.
On the Thermal Range encountered on Mars...I'll give you a couple of hints, Polar Wear and Sweating.
And if you are suggesting an Apollo Era suit or an I-Suit would somehow be better protection when exposed to a solar flare ... well that just shows how truly stupid you are...
To work MCP Suits must make solid contact with the wearer. Webb used several layers of very tightly fitting neoprene diving "wet" suits that were a bear to put on (bad zipper placement). There was some failure to maintain contact in the crouch and arm pits. This caused edema* (a painful bruising of the skin). We have better modern materials (spandex and lycra) to use and experience in using constant pressure treatment of burn victims so we can now design better fitting suits. They need not be purely MCP the torso could be a low pressure CO2 suit or with new "Gecko" adhesives we could assure contact.
Back in the 1970s the people who put the astronauts into Spacesuits didn't want to explore MCP suits further. They had something that sort of works and they didn't think astronauts would be interested in MCP suits.
Webb and others have continued to study MCP suit parts, in particular gloves as they are in a sense the body in miniature and show the greatest benefits from being ultra-flexible, highly tactile, etc...
*Actually the abnormal accumulation of fluid beneath the skin is known as edema, but it looks and feels like a bruise.
