I'm not using the word "guesswork," you are. Intelligence gathering is a difficult process, and God knows mistakes can be made.

But the current flap about the uranium in Niger is like making a big deal about Al Capone being wrongly accused of a moving violation. We are talking about a bigger picture here, and a lot more information.
