The article in which this poll is discussed twists the results toward the negative to an extent that it is remarkable that the writers managed to remain in this dimension, but look at the actual results and draw your own conclusions. There's good news, and bad news. Note the positive views of the future, and some encouraging views of what kind of government they would like. Only 13 percent think coalition forces should leave Iraq right now. On the other hand, they don't feel safer under coalition rule, and there are a lot of problems with services.
