As a professional industrial problem solver I am not impressed with the spead at which they are dealing with problems. If they were really on this like chemical plant start-ups they would have people wroking in shifts on the problems 24 hours a day and rushing delivery of needed equipment.
This is just way too fundamental a problem not to put at the top of the list. As long as the majority of the people are at least disgruntled, it gives hope to those wishing to turn the country against us. Once most people are happy about how things are going resistance will begin to dwindle IMO. Focus more on the cause not just the symptom.
