I don't give a fig about the politics
I'm perfectly happy ignoring the leftist demagogues and the rightist demagogues. For instance, I am perfectly happy to ignore people who will continue to discount the evidence no matter how much of it there is.
It is the science that I pay attention to. And the discussions I have with myself concerning how much evidence it takes to alarm me. Right now, there is an alarming prediction about how much CO2 the earth will have in its atmosphere in just 20 years. I have heard the right agree in principle with the numbers, but require proof that they will have any affect on the planet. I doubt that any amount of proof would be adequate.
And I can't imagine why anyone would not be alarmed.
