All the trees were going to die. When there were no more trees, Carbon dioxide would fill the atmosphere and we would all be cooked...But first all that soot in the atmosphere was going to block out the sun and cause an ice age...Remember that one!
The US uses 40% of the world's fossil fuels...So Acid rain should be the worst in the US shouldn't it? Afterall, we are told constantly that we are the biggest polluter...
But no...We fixed the acid rain problem (Yeah, sure)...So now we must redefine "Polluter" so that once again the US is "The biggest polluter"

It'd certainly less of a problem than terrorism...Its definetly a smaller problem than nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons proliferation...And from where I'm sitting, I'm more concerned by the Cubs apparent inability to score runs than I am Global Warming.
I wonder if Samy's cork works its majic better on warmer days.
