re: Labelled Release Experiment results measured C-14

Ed,

The LR experiment, and PR experiment both had radiation detectors built in as part of the experiment. There were no unexpected peaks of radiation measured during the time both instruments operated on Mars. Levin's experiment used C-14 to label the nutrient solution.

In all samples that were heat sterilized at 160 Celsius for 3 hours, no C-14 at all was detected.
