Look at Europe...Gerrhardt Schroder is even talking tax cuts to spur the ailing German economy.
Germany and Italy have had two successive Quarters of Negative Growth. In otherwords, they are in an official recession. They are hoping that tax cuts along with a growing american economy will spur growth in their own economies.
Wait. I thought George Bush's tax cuts must be to blame for the ailing world economy. Why would the rest of the world start doing that Bush tax cut dance?
