reminds me of an old joke
"I have a job, and I'm greateful for it, but I'm still making 10-20% less than what I am worth."
It reminds me of an old joke from a Napolean Hill book. A guy applies for a job and the employer says he'll try him for a couple of weeks and pay him what he's worth. "I'll not do it" he says, I'm getting more than that where I am now!
