How many of them are expected to work mandatory unpaid overtime?

How many of the actual unemployed remain uncaptured by the statistics because they are no longer looking for work?

How many of them hate their jobs but find the current job market too tight to find a better fit?

How many of them can pay for rent, groceries, transportation, and quality child care with their paycheck?

How many of them have had to move back in with their parents?

Just having a job isn't the whole story.
