Federal Appeals Court blocks recall vote
Big friggin' surprise. The Ninth Circuit court actually wears T-shirts saying "Left Wing Democrat Buttmonkey." There has almost never been a case where they could not be relied on to toe the Democratic Party line.

Apparently, the issue is those horrible punch card ballots, which disenfranchise a core constituency of the Democratic Party, the slack-jawed, butt-ignorant, blithering imbeciles. Oddly, the fact that Davis was elected with such ballots seems to have escaped notice.
