It makes the California recall just that much more a circus. What a riot! The Repubs deserve every ounce of crow they're getting on this one.

As for the decision, remember that California already is under a separate court order to change out its punch card voting system. All the 9th District did is affirm that this existing court order must be implemented before proceeding with another statewide election.
