They deliberately create the impression that Ms. Clinton is lying to New York voters about her presidential aspirations by suggesting she's running when she said she wouldn't. They then post ads to "Stop Hillary" and link to their bookstore of anti-Clinton books. WorldNetDaily pulls the same stunt. Its a marketing ploy and people like Tom, Ed and you fall for it.
