re: The point is Ms. Clinton lies like a rug

Ms. Clinton said she won't run in 2004, so she won't? Pull the other one, it has bells on it.

If "Ms. Clinton" decides she wants to run, she will, and no "promise" is going to give her the slightest hesitation, any more than any other lie ever did.

From Bill Clinton's speech in Monterey:

Clinton was prodded on the frequent rumors that his wife, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-New York, may enter the race, but he refused to take Panetta's bait.

"That's really a decision for her to make," he said, adding she has been urged by New Yorkers to run in spite of a commitment she made to serve out her six-year senate term.

A few other people besides Newsmax are taking note.

Watching her on the book tour accepting the cries of "Hillary in 2004!" with that "aw, shucks, lil' ol' me?" look could have gagged a maggot.

The Clintons are playing the Democratic Party like a violin.

This is the hard fact: If Bush looks like a winner, Hillary will sit it out. If Bush looks like he could lose to a Democrat--and that would take pretty low poll numbers right now--Hillary will run.
