I tend to agree, Home it will be.

The choice now is upgrade or full. Tom recomends full which I'd really rather have, it's the price that gets me. Going to be a stretch right now as it is for just the upgrade.

However..... local ubergeek said if I had a valid copy of 98 SE, with ID code it would work fine on a clean formatted drive.
I do have one.
